Refund Policy
We offer a 30-Day Return Window from the date your order is delivered.
If you’re not satisfied with your Amae Filtered Showerhead, you may request a return within this period.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@amaefilters.com with the following:
- Full Name
- Shipping Address
- Order Number
- Reason for return
Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be undamaged and in original condition
- It must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items outside the 30-day window
- Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or improper maintenance (including failure to replace filters as needed)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether it meets our return criteria.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
- Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
Inspection and processing may take up to 10–14 business days after receipt.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to improper use or lack of maintenance, such as failure to replace the shower head filter
Shipping Costs & Order Issues
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
- We are not responsible for errors made during checkout (including incorrect addresses or product selection)
